That evening, after getting Kaci in her pajamas and putting her to bed, we went downstairs to watch a movie, like we have done almost every night. She would stay on one side of the sofa and I would be at the other, but tonight, she was in my arms. She crossed one leg over mine and her head was on my chest, her hair brushing against my face. She smelled so delicious and my body was going insane for her. My hands could not be controlled and they were caressing her as we looked at the television. I was sure that neither of us knew what the movie was about because the burning heat between us was so distracting. She raised her head to look at me and my heart was hammering against my chest as the beautiful blue eyes drank me in.
